Along with scheduling employees for shifts, taking into account customer traffic and employee strengths, and basing schedules off of weather. I have developed excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am very passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement. I am also self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. I am good at managing my time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines. This position has exercised my leadership capabilities by successfully motivating and inspiring others. I've been able to strengthen communication skills through regular interactions with others.
I ran the second busiest store in our company while running food and labor. I had low turnover and completed 100% period reviews for the entire year. I have the best food safety in my company. I was able to general manage at the age of 17.
