I have observed each employee's individual strengths and initiated mentoring program to improve areas of weakness.

Along with recruiting, hiring, and training every member on my team. I have reported issues to higher management with great detail. I have practiced implementing operational strategies and effectively built customer and employee loyalty.

I have done employee reviews, training, schedules, and made budgets. Along with scheduling employees for shifts, taking into account customer traffic and employee strengths, and basing schedules off of weather. I have developed excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am very passionate about learning and committed to continual improvement. I am also self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. I am good at managing my time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines. This position has exercised my leadership capabilities by successfully motivating and inspiring others. I've been able to strengthen communication skills through regular interactions with others.
