For the past two summers, I worked as an assistant counselor with 5–7-year-old girls, providing supervision and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. My responsibilities included promoting positive behavior through reinforcement and leading by example, which helped the campers develop important social skills such as respect, cooperation, and fairness. I also facilitated fun, age-appropriate activities designed to encourage teamwork and personal growth, ensuring the girls had a memorable and rewarding experience.

I ensured the safety of all athletes by following the gym rules, maintaining equipment, and using proper spotting techniques. Additionally, I developed personalized lesson plans and routines tailored to individual athletes' goals and abilities. Collaborating with other coaches, I helped assess student progress. By providing constructive feedback and personalized support, I boosted gymnasts' confidence and encouraged their growth both in skills and self-confidence.

I ensured camper safety by enforcing camp rules, supervising group activities, and responding promptly to any incidents or concerns. By building strong relationships with co-counselors, I contributed to seamless teamwork during challenging situations and emergencies. Collaborating with fellow counselors, I helped design fun and enriching activities that engaged and educated campers. I also led efforts to resolve conflicts among campers, fostering a positive and supportive environment for personal growth. Guiding groups of children safely through a variety of activities, I acted as a positive role model, demonstrating strong leadership skills and exemplifying the camp's core values.
