MUNCH XXIV Crisis Staffer, UNCMUNC XV Deputy Chair

  • MUNCHXXIV: As a crisis staffer, I facilitated the model UN conference by working in the ‘backroom,’ keeping and responding to notes written by the delegates and using these notes to create a crisis story for delegates to work through.
  • UNCMUNC XV: As the deputy chair, I facilitated the collegiate-level model UN conference by working in the ‘frontroom’ alongside a head chair. I kept time to keep delegates’ debate on track, as well as noting what was said in debate and what directives were passed by delegates.
  • In both roles, creative thinking, collaboration, and quick decision-making is needed.
