February 2003-January 2018 Eligibility Specialist

- Work with low income clients processing their requests for assistance with cash, food, medical, daycare, and emergencies. Help them find other help in community that DHHS does not provide. Train and mentor new employees. Basic administrative duties.


2010 new added duty Enhanced Site Support

-Help local office staff with our new processing system Bridges.


February 2018 -December 2025 promoted to Family Independence Specialist/Pathways Program

-stationed in Clare Primary School caseload of only Clare Primary families processing requests for cash, food, medical, daycare and emergencies. Helping families with needs not covered by DHHS through the community. Raising funds for additional client needs, attendance rewards, clothing, shoes, bus passes to school, etc... educating students on things that effect their school attendance. Providing prevention services to prevent CPS issues.


December 2025 Pathways program was ended State transferred us to Family Resource Specialist working with CPS families only.
