My bachelor degree was Management information System from Irbid National University from jordan , and currently i am a Master degree Student at DePaul university major Network Engineering and security I have got my experience from ESTARTA outsource Cisco TAC, in Server Virtualization Team, I have learned assistance and Support customers remotely by troubleshooting servers hardware, connectivity (NIC,VIC) and BSOD for Windows Operating System and PSOD for ESXI by reading logs that had generated from Cisco Servers B-Series and C-Series. Moreover, I have learned configuring vShpere (ESXI) and installing multiple Operating Systems on same unite. Also, I am familiar with the server graphic user interface CIMC for C-Series and UCSM for B-Series.
