analyze COVID-19 data by comparing test results by gender and rural vs. urban settings using Qualtrics, Excel, and R:
Step 1: Data Collection was collected during COVID-19. using Qualtrics to design a survey to collect information about services provided during onsite testing and at-home testing of the IOWA testing program.
Step 2: Data Preprocessing (Excel) 2. Export survey data to Excel. Clean the data, categorize by gender and location, rural vs. urban based on US census data, and calculate summary statistics.
Step 3: Data Analysis (R) 4. Import data into R. Visualize trends using bar charts and conduct statistical tests. Interpret the results to compare test outcomes by gender and location.
Step 4: Conclusion and Reporting 7. Draw conclusions on whether home or on-site testing is better.
Create a report or presentation with charts and graphs to communicate your findings and recommendations.
