• Retained by Engineering Consultant to provide project administration, planning, cost estimate & control, inspection, engineering evaluation reports, design details & specifications to various restoration projects throughout the southeast coast of Florida. My responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with government authorities and manage all needed project statutory documents and regulations.
• Inspect roof, building envelopes, concrete damage structure, and hurricane damage building components for residential and commercial restoration projects; prepare the evaluation report, repair drawing, and specifications.
• Perform construction administration services for restoration projects.
• Facilitate project activities with the Contractor & Owner and chair the progress meeting, prepare minutes of the meeting and distribute to all participants, and follow up with the required actions.
• Analyzes and evaluates failures, delays, and other issues related to construction and design specifications, prepares forensic reports, and provides litigation support in dispute resolution.
• Evaluate residential & commercial Buildings and prepare due diligence, condo conversion, developer transition study, and reserve study reports associated with real estate transactions.
