I am a first-generation high school student from a low-income background, and my experiences working and volunteering have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I have experience teaching kids how to play the drums, which helped me develop patience, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to encourage others while helping them learn new skills. I also worked as a contractor’s assistant, where I developed strong problem-solving skills, learned how to adapt quickly, and understood the value of hard work and teamwork. In addition, I worked at Chuck E. Cheese, where I gained experience working in fast-paced environments and interacting with children and families every day. My responsibilities included working as a cashier, helping prepare food as a cook, fixing games for guests, supervising the trampoline area, and sometimes dressing up as Chuck E. Cheese to entertain kids by dancing, interacting with them, and helping create a fun and welcoming environment. These experiences taught me patience, reliability, customer service, and how to stay positive and energetic even during busy situations. I am a hardworking and motivated high school student with a positive attitude and a passion for reaching my goals. I am excited to bring the same enthusiasm, responsibility, and dedication from these experiences into future opportunities and the workplace.
