  • First to lead the flow team at Adapt with a successful rollout with 4 PGs supporting all departments. We were able to connect the departments and ensure work is distributed according- help stay on the operational clock and closing waves in sequence.
  • Coordinating and managing 14 athletes (direct reports) and continues to grow as done in SRS and Replenishment where I developed and grew 6 athletes to team lead roles and 5 Point Guards to area managers level. SME and presently work as DC workflow coach.
  • Continue educating Athletes about the business goals of Nike and ensures that they have visibility into the end-to-end process flow of the DC in reference to the MDI board. Trained six of my peers on multiples operations managers functions such as completing the daily scorecard, conducting a successful “Run to Sequence” and be able to speak to the business.
  • Managing and coaching athletes and peers on performance and dependability policy and was able to reduce FTEs absenteeism by 25% in processing.
  • Motivating and encouraging the team to successfully achieve key operational targets (productivity, safety, quality, teamwork, and culture). Reduced overflow from 60% to 8% in 6 months and increased UHP from 26 to 43. More than 60% and aiming to improve it to sixty by the end of the third quarter.
