• Acts as a subject matter expert for IT Cloud Operations, hybrid
systems and/or software that ensure our business remains operational
• Utilizes technical knowledge over hybrid systems and software to
address questions,
inquiries and concerns surrounding the change control environment,
including escalated
issues
• Capable and comfortable with collaboration, open communication and
reaching across
cross-functional IT and business teams
• Assists with the review of hybrid systems or technical services to
identify risks, optimize
opportunities and makes recommendations to leadership based on findings
• Executes monitoring processes and procedures of applications and
holistic infrastructure to identify risks and trouble shoot problems
• Utilizes technical knowledge over hybrid monitoring tools to triage
monitored faults, resolve when possible or escalation and assign the
fault to appropriate IT support teams for resolution.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams in the review and
monitoring of technical changes to the application and infrastructural
environment
• Drives to gain knowledge and expertise of GitLab (Git); including
branching, versioning,
access management, pipeline configuration & execution
• Drives to gain knowledge and expertise with automation/configuration
management using Ansible, HashiCorp, GitLab CI, Nexus or equivalent
tool sets
• Creates data analysis reports, takes proactive steps to identify
persistent problems and
makes recommendations to management as needed (Outage/Recovery)
• Acts as a technical subject matter expert in the resolution of
outages or high priority
incidents
• Drives recovery when systems are down by taking individual action
and or coordinating
work efforts with cross-functional teams and various vendors integration
• Assists with the integration of new hardware or software features,
including new
products or services
Systems Support and Monitoring
• Accountable for executing definitions, support of service
portfolios, catalog items, tagging, functionality and change schedules
for each of the technical service application and infrastructure teams
• Updates of operational support documentation relating to specific
applications or services
• Provides technical support and monitoring to hybrid systems and
software applications
• Investigates and solves problems across various systems and software versions

• Participates with cross-functional teams to identify chronic

Training
• Evolves knowledge management resources and assists in training for
when new features are introduces into the technical environment,
trains on processes, expectations and updates of operational support
documentations
• Partners with Service Desk management to document knowledge and
potential train them on new system features and enhancements

• Executes gathering and organizing efforts of data and reporting of
service utilization of AWS
