A dedicated and skilled medical professional with extensive hands-on training in general adult anesthesiology, cardiothoracic anesthesia, and ICU care, especially focused on critical cardiothoracic patients. During my final year at Azerbaijan Medical University, I completed 6 months of rigorous clinical training in both the operating room and ICU, managing preoperative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative care for high-acuity patients. I actively managed patients on inotropic agents infusions, ensuring timely interventions and working closely with anesthesiologists to deliver optimal outcomes. My technical expertise includes airway management (intubation and extubation), IV, arterial, and central line placements, and administration of anesthetics, including spinal and epidural blocks.
Following this, I completed a 14-month internship where my passion for anesthesia grew further. My time in the anesthesia department at Tall' Afar General Hospital, working for more than a year, not only refined my anesthesia and emergency medicine skills but also shaped me into a confident and competent anesthesiologist. This experience strengthened my ability to provide critical intraoperative monitoring and perioperative care, particularly in high-pressure situations.
My 6-week clinical observership at Sidra Medicine in Qatar exposed me to advanced anesthesia techniques in pediatric and maternal care, enhancing my adaptability and collaborative skills in managing high-risk patients in multidisciplinary teams.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am actively involved in anesthesia research with 8 publications and presentations. I have also conducted more than 20 peer reviews for highly reputable PubMed-indexed journals, further developing my critical thinking and research skills. These experiences have significantly contributed to my growth as an anesthesiologist, equipping me with the expertise and knowledge to excel in an anesthesiology residency program.
I am currently engaged as a full-time ER and anesthesiologist assistant , actively participating and dealing with patients with different conditions and treating them. As an anesthesiologist assistant my responsibilities encompass perioperative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative duties. I decide what type of anesthesia, anesthetics, tube, lines the patient will receive.
however, as ER doctor I work independently dealing with all kinds of emergency conditions.
I was trained under direct supervision from Pediatric and Adult anesthesiologists for 6 weeks from 21th July till 29 Aug 2024.
Hands-on procedures such as Intubations & Extubations, IV lines, and Spinal blocks.
Preoperative assessment, Intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative care alongside primary anesthesiologists.
Discussing every case raising questions and concerns and giving suggestions.
