• Project Planning and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, including schedules
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of engineering teams, including design, procurement, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in engineering drawing, including material selection, fabrication techniques, welding processes, and quality control.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Identify potential cost-saving measures and implement strategies to optimize project cost and preparing proposals, estimating project costs.
• Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols for all project activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms to enhance project performance and quality.

• 6 years worked in rolling mill department as a mechanical maintenance (rotating equipment, gears, pumps and valves)

and supervision responsibilities for continues production line.

• 3 years worked in hydraulic department for maintain and troubleshooting at all hydraulic equipment (hydraulic Pump and Valves, cylinders , heat exchanger).
• 1 year worked at workshop for arranging manpower and spear parts for steel production line.
• 1 year worked at management (administration, secretarial and SAP system).
• 6 months worked in safety department.
