• Conduct an analysis on escalated claims regarding suspicious activity, threats, and high-risk events such as robberies.

• Develop and manages SOC metrics and statistics, enabling intelligence-driven decision making and improving incident response efficiency through comprehensive analysis and extensively detailed reporting.
