• Independent Validation and Verification Services (IV&V):
  Role: As an Estimator, I was instrumental in developing precise cost estimates and budget forecasts using the Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCASES). My role was pivotal in ensuring that all facility design requirements met client’s functional and operational standards to facilitate safe, quality construction within schedule and budget constraints.
  Impact: My efforts supported the rigorous review of third-party Architectural/Engineering work and our own studies, significantly reducing discrepancies and ensuring project compliance with the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
• Blue Grass Chemical Agent Pilot Plant (BGCAPP):
  Role: As the key Estimator in this high-stakes project, I managed cost estimation and financial oversight for the construction of a plant designed to demilitarize and dispose of chemical agents. My work involved updating material, labor, and other direct costs, utilizing the Success Estimator Program to ensure financial accuracy across all phases of the project.
  Impact: My contributions were critical in maintaining fiscal discipline and transparency, enabling the project team to adhere to budget guidelines and timelines, thus safeguarding environmental and public health.
• Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Facilities Management and Engineering:
  Role: Tasked with the responsibility of estimating and financial planning, I developed comprehensive estimates using the Success Estimator Program to support capital planning and investment control. This role also involved enhancing processes and rapid mobilization for the FM&E’s ARRA Field Operations Facilities Program Management Office.
  Impact: Through accurate and timely financial estimations and project support, I facilitated enhanced facilities planning and engineering support, contributing to the robust infrastructure development at critical national sites.
• APS Fully Integrated Energy and Algae System with Beneficial CO2 Reuse (Proposal):
  Role: As an Estimator, I calculated labor and material costs for a groundbreaking project aimed at creating clean fuels from coal using an integrated hydro-gasification system.
  Impact: My accurate cost analysis and financial forecasting were essential in securing funding and steering the project through initial planning stages toward implementation, highlighting a commitment to innovative energy solutions.
• United States Postal Services (USPS) Program - Repair & Alteration:
  Role: As a Project Engineer, I supported the Project Manager in various capacities, including the production of solicitation documents, managing construction contracts, and overseeing the final inspections of numerous projects such as the USPS Los Angeles Bulk Mail Center Roof & Drain Repairs and the LAX ISC Distribution-Renovation.
  Impact: My role ensured that all repair and alteration projects were completed to high standards, on time, and within budget, improving facility operations and service delivery across multiple USPS locations. Additionally, I acted as the USPS Pacific Area Safety Coordinator, enhancing workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
