• I helped assist IT Operations/ Solutions for the campus as an AV Tech Support. I helped maintain the classroom and offices’ audio-visual equipment and cleared ticket requests in our CMR program.
• I conducted site surveys for future AV installs also did some configuration on certain devices in order to display content for faculty that had issues.
• I gathered intel from AV vendors to conduct proposals for faculty needing upgrades in their classrooms or offices.

• Installed various conference rooms for UTMB and San Jacinto College. From a wide range of speakers, projectors, monitor/displays, volume controls, video conferencing cameras, video transmitter/receivers, audio processors, wireless mic receivers, intercom stations, etc.

• Partook in the implementation of most of the audio visual technology in the new addition of the Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center.
• Managed the Conference Center integration of the new equipment, which consisted of (6) 80" Displays, Crestron Scalers, Crestron Transmitters, Cisco SX80 Teleconferencing Camera, Shure Wireless Waps, Shure Gooseneck Mics for the Podium Lecterns, Wired XLR input plates. Also, did all the wiring for the Audio/Visual Control Room where all the in-rack work was housed.
• Led a team to coordinate with the Methodist Hospital team to install the Wayfinder displays that will eventually be utilized as the maps for the hospital.
• The hospital has a variety of Conference rooms throughout the floors which consist of a 65" display with a Crestron TX/RX, an Extron HDMI switcher, a Barco Clickshare, a Extron Wall Controller and an Extron POE injector.
• Also, the hospital has a variety of nurse stations that have a 60" display with a Crestron TX/RX, Crestron POE Injector, an Extron Wall Controller, and an Extron HDMI Switcher.
• Throughout the hospital, a wide range of displays have been integrated, in patient rooms, lounges, family waiting areas, hallways, nurse nooks, with also the implementation of a Z Band Unit which feeds the cable service for the assigned TV's.
• Digital Signage was also integrated in selected displays and lounge displays for the Methodist Hospital content.
• Speakers have been installed throughout the halls and selected areas for nurse call.

• I served as the technical lead for video rack infrastructure including developmen, game planning, Q/A and other informative tasks.
• Led various installation projects from the initial start to end.
• Configured, maintained and provided performance analysis of each install's various equipment devices. Getting a serial number log for future service work done on these devices.
• From having to prewire all the project's cabling infrastructure in the field to ending the terminations in rack buildouts.

Performed a variety of work skills as a helper in the production of fiberglass shelters such as:

• Designing the foam boards that were needed to be used in the making of the walls for the shelters.
• Made sure that the fiberglass was rolled to the appropriate manner on the walls and roof.
• Designed the fiberglass sheets that were needed in the making of the rain shields for the shelters.
• Painted the shelters when they were at the last stage and made sure everything was organized and clean in the warehouse.

Selected Accomplishments

• Gained new knowledge in various tools that I had to experience in order to facilitate working here.
• Managed to understand the importance of this type of work when it relates to oil refineries and other facilities that relies on these fiberglass shelters.
