As a supervisor for Kings Oil Tools Fishing and Well Service my first and foremost responsibility is for the well being and safety of my crew. Created a good positive work environment for my crew and I. Was in charge of overseeing normal job operations throughout the day .

• Developed new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked performance improvements.

• Sat in on coiled tbg drill outs, mill outs and clean outs.
• Supervised service and work over rig activities such as new rod lift installs, rod lift pump changes, rod & tubing repairs, lateral clean-outs with or without nitrogen co-mingle and various other jobs pertaining to maintenance and completions of gas & oil wells.
• Reviewed and implemented correct procedures while maintaining a high degree of safety and environmental standards during operations.

• Maintained productivity standards for all rig functions, including rod and tubing jobs,, drilling out of frac sleeves, and pulling of 4 ½ casing frac strings.
• Exhibited a working knowledge of all parts and pieces on rig.
• Was able to trouble shoot and repair the mechanics of the rig and equipment when necessary.
• Was capable and resourceful in lining up equipment for consecutive jobs requested by the customer.

• Constantly supervised the safety of rig crew and verified proper working order of equipment.

• Started pumps which circulated mud through drill string to cool drill bits and flush out drill-cuttings.

• Assisted driller in a multitude of functions including: tripping pipe, handling tongs, making connections, cleaning, etc.
• Maintained equipment used in drilling operations including the assembly, disassembly and transportations of pipes, drill bits, and drill stems.

• Assistant Driller Supervised crew members, and provided assistance in training them.
• Positioned and aligned derrick elements, using harnesses and platform climbing devices.
• Guided lengths of pipe into and out of elevators.
• Controlled the viscosity and weight of the drilling fluid.
• Repaired pumps, mud agitators, and related equipment.
• Weighed clay, and mixed with water and chemicals in order to make drilling mud, using portable mixers.
• Steadied pipe during connection to or disconnection from drill or casting strings.
• Inspected derricks, or ordered their inspection, prior to being raised or lowered.
