Work ethics
My work ethics with repcon Has made me a strong and hard working member of what I am today. Working on exchangers, drums, valves is basically the same task at hand. We demo components or equipments that needs to be fix or repaired buy using hand tools, cranes or forklifts. As demoing we fix the internal of our equipment depending on the cost up to 10k- 80k. Anything that is damage or broken to replace with in the hours that is given to us. To make sure work is done right and according to plan I put in 80-90 man hours a week to insure we satisfy our client.
