Manage correct student performance data, formative and summative assessment information, and progress reports as prescribed by the New Jersey state Professional Standards for Teacher Alignment.

Create and implement instructional programs by aligning state standards with learning objectives and differentiating to meet the needs of all students, especially English Language learners.

Use formative and summative data to drive instructional outcomes for students and conduct continuous evaluation to ensure students meet state learning standards.

Prepare lesson documentation and presentations for administrators and parents.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement school-wide academic and behavioral interventions for better student outcomes.

Present in professional learning communities to share best practices and instructional resources with colleagues.

Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and school events, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
