• Project (Corporate Trust Services - Divestiture) - Migration of ABS (Asset Backed Security Deals) & MBS (Mortgage-Backed Security Deals) business operations processes and data bases.

Business Analysis

• Analyze business processes, Elicit, and Document business & technology requirements (BRDs & FRDs) for applications, business processes, enterprise content and other artifacts, migrating to the buyer.
• Created workflow diagrams and process flow diagrams using MS VISIO to identify processes within applications to elicit requirements for divestiture.
• Identified gaps and resolved issues to facilitate smoother migration and implementation of divestiture applications and tools.
• Provide appropriate formats and data mapping requirements to buyer , related to the business data, migration.
• Identify technological solutions for work around of WIM (Wells Investment Management) Operations processes such as GNMA transactions, Asset Movement transactions, SEI account De-Conversion, SEI Account closure.
• Ginnie Mae account file movement from FED to WF and to GNMA.
• Support delivery of data files from business to buyer through secure protocols such as SFTP, FTP etc

Project Management

• Project management and planning of projects related to business applications and processes of ABS & MBS deals that are migrating to the buyer.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and organize timely meetings to collect requirements (both Business & Technical) of all applications and data, migrating to the buyer.
• Maintain dashboards and documentation in SharePoint for project team.
• Send timely updates of project progress to project stakeholders. (All business and technological teams)

• Migration includes catalog imports, manage purchase requisitions, work orders and workflows
• Create and distribute standard, blanket and custom POs in collaboration to suppliers/vendors systems electronically

• Enhancement of existing financial operations process and documentation of new procedures

• Project: Trade Booking Optimization (TBO) is a trade capture application, a component of Exotic Desktop
• Platform to improve productivity of traders for the initial booking and upsizing of trades
• Aimed at improving and streamlining the trade booking process
• Control Panel, a part of TBO, is a pricing application for Bonds
• It allows traders to price the Structured Notes
• Trades booked through TBO are run through various risk systems to calculate Delta, Gamma, and P&L
• The risks are then fed to downstream system for further processing.

• Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) screen was re-engineered to provide broker/dealers and banks with comprehensive clearing and settlement services for Equities and Fixed income securities, options and features.

• Developed executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement
