Worked as a Design Engineer for 10 years in Automotive, Aerospace, Exhaust, Compressors, Semiconductor and in plastic molds. Gained knowledge in ASML, General Motors, Faurecia, BE Aerospace, Escorts from Innovation, Chassis Department. Participated in Improving Design and Implementing Customer Requirements in Automotive, Plastic and Aerospace Industry. Solving ECRs, Design problems and manufacturing issues by Co-ordinating with team members to Produce Effective results. Providing Support for NX and team center by creating articles which help in improving the workflow of users in CAD and PLM. In all the projects at the final stage of Design completion, we often communicate back-and-forth with manufacturers related to web handling issues like a tension, nip areas, where how to reduce the defect, and minimize the waste. so, each single product that was made go through the safe procedures that which will reduce the defects, by increasing the quality product output.
