A Novel Intrusion Detection System for Internet of Healthcare Things Based on Deep Subclasses Dispersion Information,: The Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT) presents transformative potentials for healthcare delivery, yet its advancement is hindered by security concerns stemming from the sensitivity of medical data. Hardware, software, and network constraints compound these challenges, necessitating robust security measures for IoHT adoption. In response, we propose a novel intrusion detection system tailored for IoHT, leveraging a deep subclass dispersion variation of the one-class Support Vector Machine (OSVM) termed Deep SDOSVM. We introduce an Extension - Stacking Classifier comprising XGBoost, AdaBoost, and CatBoost, exhibiting superior accuracy compared to individual algorithms. Our comprehensive analysis underscores the efficacy of the proposed intrusion detection system in addressing IoHT security challenges, facilitating its safe adoption in healthcare settings. Team Head
