Microsoft Exchange: Multi-Tenant Organization cross-tenant collaboration

• Led the effort to conceptualize the idea of cross-tenant collaboration to identify area's or investment in this space.
• Led a team of developers to provide support for cross-tenant conference room sharing. This enabled organizations to setup meetings across geos and across partner organizations.
• Designed and Developed Multi-Tenant management center in Microsoft Admin Center

Microsoft Search Administration and Analytics

• Led a team of 8 to design and develop an infrastructure to support Search administration across multiple applications (Microsoft Admin center, Centro, Sharepoint).
• Collaborated with multiple teams across geo-locations to develop and added support for multiple search settings (Bookmarks, Q&A,Verticals and Result Types).
• Designed and led effort to develop Analytics engine for search administration. This was used to provide Analytics driven settings suggestions to Tenant Administrators. Achieved 90% accuracy on suggestions to accepted settings conversions by tenant admins.
• Led a team to develop coordinated flighting infrastructure across multiple Office Products (Sharepoint, Teams, Microsoft Admin center).

Microsoft Exchange - Cloud monitoring

• Led end to end implementation of Project Cassini : Customer centric view of Exchange data. This involves showing near real time data about capacity, configurations, health and usage data for our enterprise customer and providing smart suggestions of new features to our end users.
• Designed and developed cloud monitoring infrastructure Cortex for our Enterprise customers using O365 Exchange Service

Microsoft Bitlocker and Data Encryption

• Led development of data protection and encryption techniques based on user key instead of device key (trending in 2013).
• Tested troubleshooting methods, devised innovative solutions and documented resolutions for inclusion in knowledge base for support team use.

Microsoft Windows Core Networking

• Led development of latest features on DNS as a service for Windows
• Supported existing features for multiple networking protocols Remote-Access, DNS, TCP-IP and Wireless on existing released windows platforms Win 2K- Windows Vista.

QOS for C7600 routers

• Developed load balancing features for ES20 line cards for edge routers like C7600.
• Provided support for existing features on ES20 line Cards.
