Managed over 500 projects with more than 60,000 networked devices and servers across the geography.
  • Developed a web application with a biometric deduplication engine for the enrolment, identification, and authentication of the workforce. Scope included Agile project management, programming web applications, vulnerability assessment, testing, and cloud hosting. Operationalization of the solution included data classification, framing a retention policy, roles and responsibilities of various entities managing the systems and data, and collection and handling as per applicable privacy guidelines in the geography.
  • Developed a web application-controlled locking solution for the security of in-transit assets. The project entailed the development of a web platform, an Android application, and MFA for operating a mortice lock. The solution was deployed in over 3,000 trucks and helped control access only for authorized operators. Established a Logistics Network Monitoring Center for real-time geolocation tracking of trucks installed with GPS devices and locking solutions.
  • Rolled out a program for site risk assessment and plugging appropriate mitigating mechanisms based on the risk posture of the site. Program outcomes include building resilience in security operations and allied services for stakeholders.

The Cell was also a nerve center for countering social engineering frauds affecting government entities. The project scope includes IT infrastructure for the Social Media Lab, including servers, applications, and workstations for operators. Training of operators on social media platforms, intelligence gathering, sentiment analysis, and social engineering frauds.
  • Implemented smart physical security solutions like access control, parking and visitor management, key management systems, video management, intruder alarm systems, IoT-enabled home security devices (communication - Zigbee/Zigwave), etc.
  • Operationalized IOC, implementing best-in-class technology and standard operating procedures. Solutions monitored through IOC included applications like video management systems, access control systems, fire management systems, elevator management systems, horticulture management applications, mass notification systems, building management systems, etc.
  • Executed a project for securing a large national event spread over 100 square miles of area. The project included the design and installation of a POE-enabled P2P radio communication network, networked video cameras, data storage, and central monitoring by law enforcement agencies.
