Front Operations Manager
- Lead daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and vendor management.
- Conduct forecasting and run financial dailies using Profitsword and M3; manage folio balancing, invoicing, and credit chargebacks.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling across departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Produce detailed weekly property reports on occupancy, guest feedback, housekeeping, and front desk metrics and respond to daily guest satisfaction surveys.
- Help to execute high-visibility NIL deal with members from each Clemson Women’s Sports Teams, which was featured in Sports Illustrated.
- Helped create and implement budgeting processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, supporting financial goals and performance targets.
- Create a guidelines SOP’s, and updated Emergency protocols for the property
