• eCW (E-Clinical Works) to Epic Implementation:
-Collaborated with operational stakeholders, EHR analysts and Epic Identity Management TS to support the successful import of eCW data into Epic's production environment.
-Engineered and refined eCW patient data to ensure data quality and compatibility with Epic standards through multiple iterations.
-Delivered key data extracts, including MPI loads, gap loads, specialized reports such as PCP Conversion, Dismissed Global Alerts, Patients FYI flags, Patient Global Alerts, Patient-Level Notes, Deceased Patient, and "Test" Patients.
-Supported post-go-live validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Epic Cogito Development:
Gathered requirements, prototyped, developed and iteratively improved upon 7 out of 10 custom SQL RW reports within months of go live. Delivered several innovative reporting solutions that were firsts for the team, including:
-The first dynamically generated batch bursted RW report automatically sent to provider inbaskets (Unlocked Encounters Report, Respiratory Surge Utilization Report, Revaccination Report).
-The first Power BI dashboard connected to Caboodle data (SDC 2.0 Dashboard).
-The first custom Hyperspace Cogito link to a third-party reporting solution.
-The first custom Cogito SQL report (Unlocked Encounters Compliance Report).
-The first custom Slicer Dicer filter (Patient Discharge Disposition).
-The first Power BI dashboard using the MS Fabric service (Zendesk Epic Tickets Dashboard).
• Ad Hoc reporting
-Developed numerous Cogito SQL RW reports and power BI dashboards to support operational needs.
-Supported areas: Timely encounter closure, Same Day Center performance metrics, Zendesk ticket metrics, vaccine inventory management, provider availability and utilization, orders review, outstanding imaging studies, OCR insurance scan validation, revaccination campaigns, patient outreach and user activity log review.
• Month End Payer Reports
-Created SSIS payer reports for sending out to payers monthly to track lab orders and health conditions such as Hypertension and Diabetes.

-Fostered a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, resource articles, development code for patient extracts, dashboard layouts, themes, and patient list templates.
-Conducted demo sessions and peer review of solutions

-Adapted to new applications, including eBO, eCW, SSIS, and Epic, while transitioning from a siloed team structure to a full-stack development model.

Currently working in Population Health Analytics to develop and maintain several BI solutions using Qlik Sense. Some key deliverables are:

• ICARUS : Integrated Credentialing Automated Reporting Unified System .

-Developed a new reporting system as part of process improvement for the credentialing team using QlikSense and Nprint PixelPerfect reports.

-Generated consistently accurate 700+ paginated reports having over 40 pages of dynamic content per provider within half hour on demand by non-technical end users.

-Exceptionally well received and saved hundreds of hours of manual work 5 times a year.

-Currently this system is responsible for outputting re-credentialing packets for over 3400 OhioHealth providers in the Cactus database.

• JADOO: Joining Application Designed for Operational Optimization

-Created a custom application using Python to help Credentialing team improve a manual and time consuming process.

-Automated batch joining thousands of provider specific malpractice PDF files across multiple sub folders to output single file per provider.

-Process time reduced from previous 4.5 hours to 90 seconds and application removed the dependency on Adobe Acrobat Pro license.

-This resulted in a 99% process efficiency increase as noted by their leadership and use case was extended to the entire team for other types of documents as well.

• CIN Quality Scorecard:

-Developed a novel solution using QlikSense and Nprint, for visualizing NCQA care gap measures for clinically integrated network practices participating in the Navigating to Value program.

-Generated dynamic reports in power point and excel formats, one set for each practice. This was a paradigm shift in our standard reporting capabilities and allowed our business users to see what is possible with Qlik Sense Nprint.

-It was very well received and is being used to incentivize care gap closure and to track compliance with HEDIS quality targets.

• Clinically Integrated Network Geomap :

-A comprehensive QlikSense reporting solution which was developed to view attribution over a geographical area by several filtering criteria.

-Later got expanded in functionality to display trending care gap information over a period of months and provide on-demand user generated summaries.

-This has given rise to valuable insights into care gap closure performance over time and helped practice transformation team meet their care gap closure goals with their assigned practices.

• Monthly payer dashboard :

-A QlikSense reporting solution which was developed to display Payer attribution on a monthly cadence, along with trended PMPM and summarized quality metrics.

-The metrics displayed on this report is currently used for monthly goal deployment reporting.

• Hierarchical Conditions Codes Blue sheets:

-Used QlikSense and Nprint to dynamically generated provider specific patient level reports to recapture Hierarchal Condition Codes.

-Previously this process was tedious and was using mail merges. Creating this in QlikSense allowed saving of hundreds of hours of manual processing and reduced dependency on external firm.

-The most recent run of this report generated reports for 4819 patients across 72 providers.

Worked full time as a Revenue Cycle Informatist supporting HIM and Coding. Some responsibilities and accomplishments include:

• Managing CareConnect maintenance, enhancement and upgrade requests as Agile Product Owner.
• Project portfolio system development and maintenance.
• Rev Cycle Informatics and Analytics Qlik Dashboard development and improving turn around times of requests by 20% thru BI tools.
• Automating month end reporting processes and saving over 90% of time allocated to manual processing.
• Supporting Health Information Management and Coding departments in OhioHealth with system implementations, and upgrades such as Work From Home Initiative, Solarity Point of Care Scanning, HealthSource, Onbase, Visual Management Board lean development, development and maintenance of OhioHealth IT Intake Idea Business Assessment Form (BAF).

• Contributed personally to a legal medical record optimization project thru analyzing redundancies and inconsistencies within EPIC ROI print groups.
• Analysis brought several interesting observations to light which formed the basis of LMR (Legal Medical Record) reform and quality improvement reducing print volume by over 50%.
