-The first custom Hyperspace Cogito link to a third-party reporting solution.

-The first custom Slicer Dicer filter (Patient Discharge Disposition).

Currently working in Population Health Analytics to develop and maintain several BI solutions using Qlik Sense. Some key deliverables are:
-Developed a new reporting system as part of process improvement for the credentialing team using QlikSense and Nprint PixelPerfect reports.
-Generated consistently accurate 700+ paginated reports having over 40 pages of dynamic content per provider within half hour on demand by non-technical end users.
-Exceptionally well received and saved hundreds of hours of manual work 5 times a year.
-Currently this system is responsible for outputting re-credentialing packets for over 3400 OhioHealth providers in the Cactus database.
-Created a custom application using Python to help Credentialing team improve a manual and time consuming process.
-Automated batch joining thousands of provider specific malpractice PDF files across multiple sub folders to output single file per provider.
-Process time reduced from previous 4.5 hours to 90 seconds and application removed the dependency on Adobe Acrobat Pro license.
-This resulted in a 99% process efficiency increase as noted by their leadership and use case was extended to the entire team for other types of documents as well.
-Developed a novel solution using QlikSense and Nprint, for visualizing NCQA care gap measures for clinically integrated network practices participating in the Navigating to Value program.
-Generated dynamic reports in power point and excel formats, one set for each practice. This was a paradigm shift in our standard reporting capabilities and allowed our business users to see what is possible with Qlik Sense Nprint.
-It was very well received and is being used to incentivize care gap closure and to track compliance with HEDIS quality targets.
-A comprehensive QlikSense reporting solution which was developed to view attribution over a geographical area by several filtering criteria.
-Later got expanded in functionality to display trending care gap information over a period of months and provide on-demand user generated summaries.
-This has given rise to valuable insights into care gap closure performance over time and helped practice transformation team meet their care gap closure goals with their assigned practices.
-A QlikSense reporting solution which was developed to display Payer attribution on a monthly cadence, along with trended PMPM and summarized quality metrics.
-The metrics displayed on this report is currently used for monthly goal deployment reporting.
-Used QlikSense and Nprint to dynamically generated provider specific patient level reports to recapture Hierarchal Condition Codes.
-Previously this process was tedious and was using mail merges. Creating this in QlikSense allowed saving of hundreds of hours of manual processing and reduced dependency on external firm.
-The most recent run of this report generated reports for 4819 patients across 72 providers.
