As a graduate of a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies program, I have developed a strong foundation in the principles of communication, media and interpersonal relations. My coursework has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively analyze and create messages across a range of media platforms, including verbal, written, and visual communication.

Studied the impact on our daily lives of television, radio, films, magazines, and newspapers. Examined how the media influences politics, purchases, and entertainment, and how the media affects the culture in shaping beliefs and attitudes.
Became familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods used in communication studies. Learned about research procedures, identification and definition of variables, sampling methods, and basic statistical methods such as discourse analysis and correlation analysis.
Worked in the service industry for the past 7 years, ranging from banquet serving to both fine and casual dining.
