My name is Abigail Constant i am a senior at hagerty high school. i also work currenty at marcos pizza. Working at marcos has brought me so many benefits. It has helped me with my communication, learned me how to manage my time and stay organized and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
At Marcos i work as a cashier and also make pizzas and help customers whenever needed. Whether it’s taking orders at the register, making pizzas,or answering customers questions. I stay buisy and learn new things every day. It’s a great way to improve my multitasking, communication, and customer service skills, all while being part of a team.
One of my biggest accomplishments was moving from Haiti to a new country and getting familiar with how everything works. Even though I already spoke English, adjusting to the new systems was a challenge. I had to learn how things operated, from school routines to daily life, and figure out how to thrive in this new environment. It took time and effort, but I stayed focused, got involved, and eventually became more comfortable navigating everything. This experience has helped me grow stronger, more adaptable, and confident in handling big changes.
Back in Haiti, I was proud to receive a certification for being at the top of my class. It was the result of a lot of hard work and dedication, and you can see this achievement reflected in my transcript. Excelling academically has always been important to me, and this recognition gave me the confidence to keep pushing myself even when I moved to a new country. It shows that I’m committed to my studies and determined to succeed, no matter the challenges.
