My passion for fashion has led me to working within retail clothing stores while pursuing my career in Psychology. My positive and can-do attitude has led me to being able to deliver costumer service that is personable and unforgettable. Adapting to fashion/styling trends has allowed me to enhance my sales and build costumer relations. My creativity skills have allowed me to bring new ideas into my profession, when it comes to merchandising. I leverage my detail-oriented approach and critical thinking to enhance customer experiences, consistently achieving sales goals and fostering loyalty.

This profession has taught me how to problem solve, and better my client based relationship skills that I will use in my future career. Multi-tasking, identifying and approaching issues are also other factors that I have become more familiar with. My perspectives within my workplace have allowed me to deliver effective solutions and achieve my monthly goals.

As an encouraging and committed psychology graduate with a strong academic background in counseling techniques, mental health awareness, and developmental psychology, I offer supportive services through internships and in both community and educational environments. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening, de-escalation, and establishing trust with individuals from each background. Driven by a deep passion for mental health advocacy and helping others navigate life’s challenges, I am seeking to contribute to a supportive counseling environment where I can continue to grow and make a meaningful impact.
