• Provides a verbal discussion with the member's provider or agent to determine whether to uphold the initial denial of coverage of the requested medication or if the denial can be overturned and approved.
• Provides monthly education to new Humana Regional Medical Directors regarding the Peer to Peer process.

• Provided medication therapy management (MTM) and case management consultative services to identified health plan members.
