  • Each day they will assigned you to a different position the positions are the following:
  • As a picker you have to pick the orders correctly and send them down thru the assigned belt.
  • As a stacker you must setup and stage carts while stacking the orders correctly, that the picker decides to throw you, they can either throw you 2 or more orders at the same time.
  • The a-checker position is the most important one they have to use a handheld to ensure everything on the carts are correct for that assigned route. At the end the a checker must finalize and the product that missing they must go get it or checked if it's going to be a cut. Once they are done with all steps you must load, strap it, close it, and the press the load button on the handheld.
