Talent Acquisition Lunch & Learn:

Created and presented a deck to 400+ employees who registered to learn ways to continue their internal career progression. This included but was not limited to navigating the internal career site, resume and interview tips.

Workforce Director for VetNet Community (January 2021- January 2024)

As the Workforce Director, my responsibilities included attending Veteran Hiring Events where I spoke in representation of Florida Blue. I hosted multiple lunch and learn events within our organization to welcome our veterans as well as military spouses. Additionally, I worked with our Enterprise communications team to create slideshows for multiple events such as Memorial and Veterans Day. These highlighted for our GuideWell employee’s family members and friends who were affiliated with our Armed Forces.
