I have a deep passion for teaching, coaching teachers, and leading professional development opportunities for staff. I also have a deep interest in finding innovative ways to engage struggling students and in creating a more equitable education system. I believe every student has the ability to do amazing things if given the right tools and strategies to succeed. When rigorous academics, equitable opportunities, support, and encouragement from both teachers and parents are brought together, the possibilities are endless. Students should have great teachers, not by luck, but by design. Strong teacher professional development and support are at the forefront of strong teaching.
