Data entry for all forms of Provider orders and documentation.

Emergency nurse in the Urgent Care Area at the institution. Responsible for responding to all emergencies that occur on night shift. Assessment and treatment of all medical conditions. Examples include cardiac events, self harm, drug overdoses and work injuries. Post assessment and treatment for all physical altercations. Narcotic and sharp inventory and distribution. IV placement and medication administration. Perform EKG's, transcribe and carry out all provider's orders.
