Executive Administrator (01/2023-01/2024)

• Member of the Executive Council, chairman of the Bylaws Committee, member of the Program Council, and head of the Ceremonies Committee.
• Managed the chapter roster, point system, ceremonies team, and the chapter app that was used for member attendance and communications from the Executive Council.
• Coordinated officer elections with the Chapter Advisor and Chapter President, took minutes at Executive Council meetings, oversaw chapter emails, planned the initiation dinner, created chapter slides for each chapter, and reported to and worked with the Chapter President and Chapter Advisor.

Chairman of the Slating Committee (11/2023)

• Appointed by the members of the Slating Committee and responsible for communications from the Slating Committee to the chapter members.
• Reviewed the slate at elections, explained the election process to all members, and completed a PowerPoint with details of candidates and election information for the Executive Council elections.

Computer Chairman (04/2023-08/2023)

• Leader of the recruitment Back Office Team (team of 7 people).
• Instructed the Back Office Team on daily tasks, maintained an up-to-date account of all registered potential new members entering recruitment and through each round of recruitment, inputted potential new member scores in Excel each day, and assisted the Recruitment Team to ensure a smooth process.
• Worked directly under the Recruitment Advisor.
