Senior Manager, Media Planning & Strategy
- Founded Yieldmo's Sales Planning department and developed all documentation, templates, trainings, and processes for the function
- Provide full-service sales planning support for 16+ sellers across 5 regions, responding to an average of 250 RFPs/RFIs per year with a 60-70% win rate
- Generate strategic media plans and proposal decks in response to global $10k-$1M+campaign briefs to drive home Yieldmo's core differentiators and maximize revenue potential
- Lead dedicated Initiatives to grow agency and brand-direct partnerships, which Include test roadmaps, tiered benefits packages, and exclusive first-to-market recommendations
- Maintain and expand upon third-party sales planning partnerships with Experian, Comscore, and Cint, Including setting up platform access, measurement retainer strategies, and internal best practices
- Contribute in cross-functional working groups for pipeline prioritization, beta program testing & process Improvements, sales trainings, and incentive program development
- Keep Hubspot up to date with sales planning tickets for reliable sell-through reporting.
