  • I have worked for the Brian Family Restaurant, Cristina's, for over six years, and I have held many positions as the company necessitated. Ranging from host, server, bartender, busgirl, cook, food runner, caterer, to-go food packer, and now a part time manger. As a result of my various occupations, I have learned and have a thorough understanding of the company's processes, procedures, and employee role functions. I am also bilingual, my second language being Spanish.
  • I am now able to perform detailed opening, closing, and shift-change responsibilities to uphold operational integrity every day. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling money and transactions, managing the restaurant's daily sales, managing employee hours based on sales, recording inventory, inspecting the quality of the produce and food, providing satisfactory customer service, problem-solving skills, as well as maintaining open and effective communication between staff and supervisors.
  • My extensive work experience has allowed me to broaden my engagement in customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction levels.

The Cristina's Restaurant I’m currently employed at is a franchise and not fully integrated into the corporate system; therefore, communication is crucial to ensure that no information is overlooked or missed.
