
I have been working for Chipotle since 2019. I have moved all the way up to Restauranteur, and I have helped staff, and open 2 new Chipotle's. I took over a failing store with a scorecard of 47 in September of 21, and flipped that store completely and achieved my first A scorecard in February, with a 91. I maintained that A scorecard all the way until September when I was pulled out to take over a new open Chipotle.
I pride myself on being able to control the two most important factors when running a successful restaurant. Food management and Labor.
