My brother came in with nausea. My brother has a TBI. The male nurse entered the room and treated my brother like anyone else. My brother cannot speak, however, "Kay" talked with my brother every step of our visit. The nurse kept my brother and myself informed  the entire time we were there. if I had any questions, he stopped and explained the situation in a way  I could understand. He was so friendly and compassionate. I was told he goes by Kay and is from Nigeria. I just want to thank him for making our visit pleasant, He cared about us and is compassionate in his job! it eased my mind while being there today, Kudos to Kay,

Thank you so much for taking care of my husband. The care has been phenomenal! We have been to several hospitals and no one ever cared for my husband like this before. I'm so happy to be here!
