- Interpretation and translation of the client's project brief into approvable building design.

- Execution of the entire project from start to finish by coordinating, managing and supervising various artisanal / trade teams and sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design and construction of Bloomseed Elementary School, G. R. A, Abeokuta, Ogun State

• Production of approval drawings for Mikano International Limited factory at Karameh City, Lagos / Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State

• Construction of Redwood Specialist Hospital, G. R. A, Abeokuta, Ogun State

• Design and construction of perimeter fence work for the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State

• Design and construction of perimeter fence work for Gateway Holdings Limited, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

- I headed the design team for the entire Ministry.

- Design conceptualization.

- Supervision and monitoring of the design team throughout the design process stage. - Supervision and monitoring of the State government projects executed by general contractors.

- I reported to the Honorable Commissioner.

• Architectural design of NNPC motorcycle park / median sit-out 2018

• Expansion design and supervision of mini power plant, Oke-Sokori, Abeokuta 2018

• Supervision of Department of State Services office building, opposite F.R.S.C. office, Ibara G.R.A., Abeokuta 2017

• Roof covering and handrail design for the multi-leg pedestrian bridges at Panseke 2017

• Architectural design of proposed zonal offices for Ogun State Internal Revenue Service (OGIRS) 2017

• Design and construction of semi-detached luxury duplexes at Herbert Macaulay Crescent, G. R. A, Ikeja, Lagos State

• Office renovation for Townsway Limited at Akin Oshiyemi Street, Off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State

• Design and construction of head office for Pretoria Atlantic Properties Limited, Isheri North, Lagos State

• Layout and architectural designs for Discovery Gardens construction, behind Compass Newpapers, Ogun State

• Architectural design of house prototypes for Diamond Estate development at Ijere, Ibafo, Off Lagos / Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State

• Architectural design of house prototypes for Emerald Gardens, By Redeemers’ University, Off Lagos / Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State

• Construction of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) office building at Sango, Ogun State

- Organization and coordination of Project Management trainings for companies in various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

- Inspection, monitoring and evaluation of the retail outlet projects of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), now Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) across several States in Nigeria.

- Project progress report writing.

- I reported to the Vice President.

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

It is a compulsory one-year Nigerian program for recent college graduates under the age of 30 years. It encourages national integration and promotes development by bringing Nigerian youths from different geographical regions together. After undergoing an orientation camp, corps members are posted to serve in communities across the country, contributing to various aspects of national life. I had the opportunity to serve in Tafary Nigeria Limited, a firm of Architects, Engineers and Urban Planners.

- I supervised contractors and sub-contractors who were mainly into building construction, furniture, electricals, plumbing, roofing, swimming pool & fountain, painting, suspended ceiling, flooring, wall cladding, landscaping, aluminium products fabrication & installation, metal fabrication & installation etc.

- I ensured that tasks were carried out based on specifications and details in shop drawings.

- I reported to the Senior Project Architect.
