Research

Bounds on the Ultrasensitivity of Biochemical Reaction Cascades

  • Coded various algebraic and numerical techniques to a wide range of sigmoidal functions in order to model the ultrasensitive response of these biochemical systems. Worked alongside Professor German Enciso, from the Math Department at the University of California, Irvine and an undergraduate student to publish this paper in the Bulletin of Mathematical Biology.

Digital Phenotyping to Detect Early Signs of Depression

  • Created a digital phenotyping software that allowed users import messages and determine if they displayed early signs of depression. Expanded software into a Chatbot that would then help these users and/or connect them to a professional if needed.
