  • Neuro-trauma and elective spine surgeon at a Level I trauma center with extensive exposure to complex cranial and spinal pathology
  • Participate in two-week neuro-trauma call rotations, managing severe head injury, complex spinal trauma, spinal infections, and spine oncology cases
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary trauma teams, including trauma surgery, in the care of polytrauma patients
  • Manage a high volume of complex head and spine trauma, reflecting broad experience in a tertiary referral center
  • Actively involved in resident education, supervising and teaching Orthopaedic Surgery residents during neuro-trauma rotations
  • Provide clinical teaching to Mayo Clinic residents during their trauma rotation at UF
  • Organize and lead an annual spine cadaveric laboratory for UF residents in collaboration with the Pediatric Orthopaedic Spine team
  • Engage in clinical research in neuro-trauma and spine surgery
  • Submitted multiple abstracts to national and international meetings
