I don't have a lot of experience in the job industry and that probably doesn't make me a likely candidate, but I do have traits that probably make me better than your current employers. I am very patient and understanding when it comes to helping people. I see that they might not know the knowledge I do and help them. Im very adaptable whether it be to new schedules or new routines to implement. I always listen to others and help out in need of help, even on short notice I've always been able to help. I am always ready to learn if there's something new I listen and pay attention. I have leadership skills good leaders always listen to others and take feedback. At church, I have the role of producer which oversees every area of the church being musicians, singers, and production. I make sure it runs well but since mostly everyone knows how to do their part I don't have to give much feedback. Once in a while when someone has a problem or something in the schedule has changed I communicate it to everyone so they may be aware.
