My duties in this position gave me great knowledge and experience in the hook up and commission on the new Shell Olympus platform. Transferred over to the permanent construction/maintenance crew as a level 3 due to my efficiency to safely execute various tasks and being very reliable source to the team. Worked in the Thunder Horse construction/maintenance crew with the water injection project. Installed large valves, pumps, motors and lots of flange torquing with the HyTORQ pumps and manual clickers. Installed lots of rigging throughout the platform.
Level 1 RAT offshore rotations on LLOG Woodgroup WHO DAT platform for monthly scheduled maintenance, removed all PVC drainage and replace it with carbon steel piping over the water and torqued and tagged out each flange connection to client specs. Bolted up and flanged up multiple flanges and kept them tagged out for accountability purposes, assisted in the commissioning phase. Vessel maintenance and UTT inspections in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Level 1 RAT pressure washing at heights of low visibility and rescue standby for the BP oil spill clean up on the TRANSOCEAN ENTERPRISE DRILL SHIP a month duration to completion. Specialized in water injection process at the Shenzi BHP three month completion with monthly safety bonuses for working safely and efficiently.
