Duties: To assist clients with a range of daily activities: personal care, bathing/grooming, dressing, toileting, food preparation, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, medication distributing and other errands requested upon.

Duties: Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. Responsible for opening back door of store for deliveries. Completes product returns, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers. Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Offering friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service that always takes priority over other related duties Determining each guest’s needs and answering questions concerning products and services (partnering with management as needed) Serving multiple guests at one time while maintaining composure during busy or peak selling times
