As a Recruiting and Retention Specialist, my job duties included

• Payroll

•Fixing timecards

•Filing

•Problem solving

•Hiring

•Onboarding/orientations

•Any associate/customer appreciations/events we had in store or out of store

• I am walking around the store for 8 hours every shift
• I am helping customers while picking groceries for other customers
• I do multiple things at once such as I can be out on the sales floor picking groceries and then also running our back room and helping customers and taking there orders out, and then going right back to picking with my hand-held electronic device

• I greet customers everyday and ask them questions such as do you have an appointment and/or what is your phone number
• I fold towels, sweep hair, call customers to tell them we are ready for them or if they call us I talk to them to get them the best available appointment times
• I was able to multitask between helping customers and various job duties as needed throughout my shift
