Started as an Assistant Waiter on Grandeur of the Seas and joined on August 25th 2002. Move up to the waiter position on June 12th 2003 in the beautiful Grandeur of the Seas.

Joined the start-up of Mariner of the Seas on October 12th 2003. Since then enjoyed working on the Mariner of the Seas with various functions and positions. Especially being in Restaurant Operation Coordinator (ROC), and other supervisory positions such as Windjammer Supervisor (WJS) and Room Service Supervisor(RSS). After in a Supervisory position as well as a temporary position as a Head Waiter since 2009 in Mariner of the Seas , Finally got a permanent position as a Head Waiter on December 2nd, 2012.

During my tenure as a Head waiter most of the time supporting the administration in the dining room office, learned a lot about the importance of following up on the paper works, maintaining the standard of restaurant guidelines to be in compliance with any audit. Worked together with other Restaurant teams to ensure all the policies were followed up during operation. Most of the time during my tenure as Head Waiter, I was assigned to the MyTime Dining section, which has more responsibility to gain. In Mytime Dining working together with the Host and Restaurant Manager to ensure the operation runs smooth without any hassle. At the end the guest satisfaction result as well the revenue was reached most of time in each voyage.

After 3 years in Head Waiter position, got promoted to AMDR positioned on October 22nd 2015 in the beautiful Mariner of the Seas. I was assigned in Dining room deck 5 which in charge of Mytime and Dining room administration. Several occasion was supporting dining room open seating operation and waiter's scheduling.

On March 1st 2016 I was selected to be part of start up team on Ovation of the seas in Germany. I was assigned in Specialty venues like Izumi and Chops during first year in Ovation of the seas, however after that most of time was assigned in American Icon Restaurant to be in charge of Open seating and Mytime Dining operation. Being American Icon Manager, also having a responsibility of Maintaining the Inventory of China-wares and other equipment in Complimentary Restaurants, also to do ordering and controlling the budgeting of overall Restaurant Operations.

Enjoyed working in Ovation of The seas during Australian and Asian run, by Month of January left the Ovation of the Seas and having the opportunity to be part of Spectrum of the Seas startup team join in Germany on March 31st 2019. I was able to complete two contracts in Spectrum of the Seas and left the ship before the CoVid 19 pandemic starts.

During two contracts in Spectrum of the Seas which was assigned in Gold and Silver Dining Suite Restaurants as well as Mytime Dining Deck Manager. One more time, enjoying working n the Open seating with challenging demographic of Hongkong Cosmopolitan crowd.

It was an honor to be chosen for start-up team in Quantum of The Seas in her first resumption after CoVid 19 Pandemic. Joined the Quantum of the Seas on October 26 2020 after having rest for approximately 7 months, with new guidelines of new CoVid 19 Protocols Healthy Return to Service as well as Singapore STB and Singapore MOH strict measurement are successfully passed trough during this contract. The outstanding result of rating and revenue target have been met for most of the cruise. During the Contract in Quantum of the Seas I am enjoying leading the team in Main Dining room open seating Breakfast and Lunch as well the challenging of Mytime dining dinner operation.

I move up to my next position as Maitre'D onboard Anthem of the seas on June 2023 doing UK and Europe Market and New York Market. One of the challenging season with Anthem of the Seas with demanding crowd of Food and Service, flow of guest's dining. However, the result shows positive during the both US and EU season.

I did All 3 Maitre'D function in Anthem of the Seas. I have done Main Dining Room Maitre'D, Windjammer Maitre'D, and Specialty Venue Maitre'D.

With various challenges in each unique venues, maintaining the rating Main Dining Room Service Rating, working together with the Chefs for the Food Quality rating. A numerous opportunity to improve when it comes to parlevel shortage due to Global issue of Hiring Crew is able to complete with fine solution by active communicating with onboard HR as well shoreside hiring team.

Windjammer Maitre'D is one of a "Never Stop" responsibility and activity throughout the day. Maintaining the food Quality on the buffet with challenge of heavy guest flow and various of guest demography. Working a long with Back of the House, Other Maitre'D to ensure the food and service are adhered to SOP's and Work Safety Management.

Specialty Maitre'D is one multi function responsibilities as I am owning 8 Specialty venues and 8 Sub-venues or Outlets including the Crew Messes. Revenue target was set by the Company has been achieved and accomplished with good result. Maintaining the SOP's and ensure the team are in line with fine dining service standard.

After have been incharge in all Venues (MDR, WJ, and Specialty), I joined back to Liberty of the Seas on 12/4/2023 to relieve the MD in Windjammer. The result of WJ Service rating has been trends strong inspite of challenge being the ship in short run 3/4 days cruises. I maintained great communications and great relations with other Department and back of the house to reach one Goal, for Total Guest Satisfaction only and motivating crew moral in order the SOP and Company standard are followed by the team on their day-to-day opearations.

It's a pleasure and great to be part of the family of Royal Caribbean International since 2002 until present time, would like to grow more in Cruise Industry with more bright and promising future.
