• Provide AM-PM care
• Feed residents
• Assist Licensed Practical Nurse with procedures
• Document care given of residents

• Assist with vital signs, AM-PM care
• Feed Patients
• Transfer patients
• Maintain patient care area clean

• File information of Bus orders
• Answering telephone
• Entering information for scheduling
• Performs accounting r/t budgeting r/t standardized transactions
• Monitor for accuracy of transactions and discrepancies
• Miscellaneous clerical duties/ make appointment
