  • Analytical Lab. The job duties in this portion of my position include testing product every two hours for proper ingredients mixture. Testing of aflatoxin in product. Conducting a penetration test, which tests the consistency of the product. Daily calibration of the equipment. Mix chemicals in the lab to ensure the proper operation of the facility. Collect finished product sample daily, this sample is held for one year to assure quality of product. Test incoming peanuts for moisture and fat content.
  • Blanch and color technician. Job skills in this portion include the calibration and maintenance of machinery.. Monitor the removal of skins from peanuts after roasting.. Check color the peanuts after roasting. Monitor machinery for pressures, and ensure they are functioning properly.
