• Precisely Recording Time and Parts to Reduce Future Downtime
• Assigning Multiple Contractor Groups and Over Seeing Outage Work
• Working with Shift Mechanics and Operations to Ensure Proper Functions of Equipment
• Performing Daily, Weekly and Monthly PM's
• Followed safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents.

Working in (EAF, AOD) Mechanical Maintenance (CCM) Continuous Caster Operator / Mechanical Maintenance My Responsibilities Included:

• Completed daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Entering Time and Down Time into SAP
• General Repair of Scrap and Pocket Charge Buckets
• Stick and Flux Core Welding
• Responding to Calls with Urgency
• Fill in 1st Operator Duties
• Fill in Torch Operator
• Basic knowledge of Tundish Building

My Responsibilities Included:

• Machining valve stems, seats and bodies to meet tolerances within +/- .005
• Machining various materials from nylon to stellite
• Manual and Air Actuator repair
• Oversee and train on various aspects of on-site machining
• Quoting jobs on basis of time and material
