I am responsible to Turnkeys on new machine sales. including creating a program and set up of machine

purchasing all tooling for the material to be cut.

Complete the runoff of parts to the end users agreement.

Being in direct contact with the end user though out the completion of the turnkey.

I also do Presales for customer that are looking to purchase a CNC Swiss Machine.

This will include a Time Estimate on a part the customer would like to run. I will also do phone support for customer and programming help along with some maintenance issues

Program, Set-up and Run various CNC Lathes running High Temperature alloys for the aircraft industry

Program Set-up and operate all CNC Machines (CNC Swiss, Lathes, Mills and Grinding machine.

Ordered all tooling for all departments and released material for upcoming jobs. I performed contract reviews for new jobs to make sure all tooling and work holding were on hand when the new part was to be started. I was in charge of all Proven CNC Programs be saved to the company main frame to ensure the part was able to rerun the next time the job was to be made.

I also created setup sheets for all machining operation describing how the part was set-up and what tooling and holders to be used

Completed secondary operations to Injection molded plastic parts. (Drill holes or Mill flats on a Mill)
